Where should I play fantasy NBA basketball? I only have experience with NBA Ultimate Fantasy Commissioner. I'm trying to decide between it and ESPN, as Yahoo fantasy basketball registration is currently closed. However, input on Yahoo's NBA fantasy basketball will be helpful for the future. Thanks.

In Yahoo's NBA Fantasy Basketball, what's the difference between Rank and O-Rank? When looking at available players, in the ranking section, there's an O-Rank and a Rank. But it doesn't explain what they are, or how they're different. Which should I use when I want to add a player to my roster?

Why does Yahoo always stop updating NHL and NBA boxscores in the middle of the games to frustrate their users? I play yahoo fantasy hockey and basketball and check boxscores to see how my players do once in a while. However, yahoo always stop updating the boxscores in the middle of games (or just updating the game score without updating the players scorings) almost every night lately. Why is that? That's so frustrating to their fantasy users!

Can someone explain Fantasy Basketball scoring to me? I am in an NBA Fantasy League and I do not understand how the scoring works. I am in 3rd in my league and on the main screen it says each teams points for the year, and then a point change column based on the game the night before. I checked in setting and it just says what stats are counted, but nothing about how the scores are tallied. Just this past night I had all my players play decent and I went down 1.5 points total, and some times I go up points when I think my guys play bad....whats up? If anyone can explain to me how the scoring works in Yahoo Basketball leagues that would be great. Thanks.

What are the little basketball icons that appear sometimes near the players team score on the "my team" page? My league uses Yahoo Fantasy Basketball. I have upgraded to Live StatTracker. I've noticed several new icons. One (a red cross) appears to indicate injured players. However, while games are being played in the NBA, some of the players show a little basketball near the current score of their real NBA game. It does not show up next to all players whose teams are currently playing, however, so I am not certain what it is trying to indicate. I am also not able to find any sort of key explaining the icons. Any ideas?

Who do I contact for a player name error on yahoo sports? It is affecting fantasy basketball stats.? The NBA player is F. Murray and it is listed that way on my fantasy team, but in the games stats he is listed as R. Murray. When you click on the name R. Murray it shows that there is no player by that name. There is only one player on the Cleveland Cavaliers roster and that is F. Murray. Because of this error, I am not receiving the stats for F. Murray.
