When do the credible pre-season NCAA basketball polls come out? I think the preseason rankings on Yahoo sports provided by "Rivals" are ridiculous and want to know when I can expect to see the sports Illustrated preseason poll, which I find the most reliable, and the AP pre-season poll. I just never can remember when these things come out ... help!

Does anyone see how F***ed up the NCAA basketball polls are? stupid Flordia lost 2 games at home vs unranked teams while UCLA only lost 1 game in the loudest arena in the Pac 10 by 2 points to the #10 team in the country and just killed #11 Arizona by much more than the score indicated. Just because UCLA lost to Flordia last year does not mean that Flordia is a better team UCLA just had a bad night.
Why isn't Wisconsin #1 in the NCAA basketball polls? They are 19-1 for god's sake! I hope I didn't just jinx them!!!!

"How many times and when has UNC been #1 in NCAA basketball (week by week) in the last five years?"? I don't care - either AP poll or Coaches poll. I guess I'm more precisely seeking information about WHERE to find this information, rather than expecting anyone to just kind of have it lying around. Clearly the most labor-intensive method would be to dig into a national newspaper's archives and look at each week's Rankings. Surely someone has already digitized that information somewhere online...

Is there a site that shows the full rankings of teams instead of just the top 25? I see all the teams who are in the top 25 but how can i find out whos 26,27 and so on. i am interested in NCAA mens Basketball poll. is there a site that shows the whole list? i know most sites show on the bottom recieved votes for other teams not in the top 25 but i want to see a full list or at least the top 50. ive looked around and cannot so far find any such site. let me know of any if you know. thanks.
NCAA Basketball Trivia? There are six teams who have never been ranked #1 in the Associated Press Poll despite winning the NCAA National Championship. NCAA Women's basketball team Rutgers was previously...? ranked 4 in the USA Today polls. They beat UCONN, the # 1 ranked team. 2,3,5 were idle that day. 6 beat santa clara. Rutger's dropped to #7 and UCONN stayed #1. Can somebody explain this please.
Do you have a good playoff system instead of the BCS? Here is mine and what do you think. Take the 4 champions from the BCS confrence, they get homefield advantage for their first game Add 4 Wild Card teams(Hand picked by members of all 3 polls, yes I stole that from the NCAA basketball style) The second round is played at whoever won by more points in the first round game teams field Championship game played at a neutral site.

College Football Poll? This is Polls & Surveys Right? I know It's over and done with and I'm just blowing in the wind and if it ain't broke don't fix it. Hear me out on this! If we started a playoff system for college football it would make what I think is a exciting sport a much more exciting sport! People say if we let in 10 teams or 16 teams then every one will want in and that is just too much. Well I say that's bull! Out of the hundreds of teams that play division 1a football there are only so many great teams, x amount of good teams, so many mediocre teams and a whole bunch of suck egg mule teams. It won't be like the NCAA for basketball with everybody and their long lost grandmother making the tournament with a record below 500. It would be a picked field of the best teams for the divisions that are a part of 1a football based on opponents played and wins that are a minimum of 10 wins and no more than 1 loss. If they decide that you have to win a conference title then so be it! Talk to me! Peaceful and Respectful answers are really appreciated. Thanks. Josh S : If you read it you got it. After Watching the National Champ ? Does any one feel that (after looking at the AP Polls) #2 Georgia Should have the National Chmpionship and not LSU ? And that West Virginia should be #2 and that they should have played for the National Championship ?Also if you dont agree with me on that at least agree with me that there needs to be a change in the Championship for NCAA Football go to a playoff or tournment style playoff so that we could have Teams like Georgia or West Virginia PLAYING for the National Championship instead of computer ? Hockey, Baseball and Basketball do it I know the bowl games make alot of money for schools but they could still have there bowl games just make them in diffrent rounds of the tournment, Let me know your thoughts .... IM told that you need to play all year long but if im not mistaken LSU had 2 along with about 5 other teams
