Are You In Favor Of A College Football Playoff?

There appears to be parity in College Football, with no clear number 1 team. I think we could take the top 16 teams and have a playoff to determine a true national champion. The NCAA Basketball Tournament is very exciting, and I like to see that same excitement in College Football. What do you think?

1. no playoffs what ever one forgets is the football players are students first.it's worked all these years,if it not broken don't fix it.

Yes I am in favor of one, and it IS broken....look at all the times that there has been an undefeated team that DIDNT play in BCS championship while teams with one loss did....Boise State, Tulane , etc....and if everyone has one loss why do the two teams that play in it get too? What makes their one loss any better or worse than the other one loss teams. NCaa Football is the ONLY one without a playoff, every other division in every other sport has one.....If they had "January madness" for football it would be JUST AS good, IF NOT better than MArch MAdness for basketball.....come on with the playoff!!!!
4. I been saying that forever... Top 16 playoff... everyone else will just have to settle for the other bowls... I'm sick of people saying no they need a +1 point system... Which I don't really understand. I think LSU is #1 and Oklahoma is #2 and Ohio State is #3 ... and BC who did they beat? Army, UMass, Georiga Tech? Cmon... We need a Playoff system people...
5. i am a traditionalist, i like the bowl system. i'm okay with not having a "true national champion" in football. i agree with you about the basketball tournament, but that is what makes basketball special. to me being able to watch all of the different bowl games is what makes it special. but this bcs system is going to fail this year and something needs to be done about it.
6. i am in a way.i like all the bowl games.but the bcs needs to be overhauled.like many years ago oregon was #2 and werent in the title game.stuff like that.
