How do i update live nba rosters on nba live 07 and 08?

its easy to update on nba live 06 but where is the option in nba live 07 and 08?

1. through the internet/online play. In NBA Live 07/08 manually uodating could take awhile, connect to xbox live/psnetwork and click downloads and click download rosters and downlaod the most recent ones.
2. do it via Xbox live
3. WELL ON 08 YOU MUST GO ONLINE AT LEAST ONCE.
