Can you use Legends for fransize on nba live 08?

1. i deem this unlikely, but i play 2K as i find it more realistic, so dont take it as a 100% answer,
2. I now that they can be used in nba live 07, just relase some player and sign a legend. Probably you can do it in nba live 08 too
