What are the sliders i should set for nba live 07 for it to run smoothly?

Alot of people say that you have to change the sliders for nba live 07 because the default settings suck.

1. lower the freethrow difficulty if your not playing superstar difficulty then lower the steal and block sliders lower the layup vs. dunk frequency because in the game dunking is too frequent and overly flashy lower shooting accuracy if you want to challenge your offensive abilities
