In nba live 07 what does the assistant head coach do for your individual players?

Does the assistant head coach impact individual player improvement? I need someone to tell me if it does.

1. depending on how you do ur dynasty mode thng.. do u simulate games or play them?? if you simulate them, they affect how the player plays basically.. the assistants helps improve the play of the player.. but if you play your games, as in you play the games by yourself, then assistant head coaches and those other guyz are absolutely useless.. hope this helped
2. one assistant will keep on trade rumors, improvement on players around the league, he also makes the schedule for the off days-the team events, practice, or press events. all thees combine to help build the team chemistry. if team chemistry is high then the team plays better. the other assistant helps the players individually. you can select a player then a skill and time length, and the assistant will work individually with that player and improve their skills.
