What TIME do the NCAA basketball games starts on Thursday in Sacramento?

I know the 8 teams playing in Sac this Thursday (March 15, 2007) but I do not know what time they start each session. Any help would be appreciated.

1. Traditionally the first game at a site tips off at 11:30 AM local time, so I would think that's when the Sacramento pod would begin on Thursday. If you're at the site or in front of your TV by 11:00 that mornng, you'll be in good shape.
