Does the RPI have a copyright?
Does the RPI (Ratings Percentage Index) used for college basketball rankings & bracket projections have any sort of copyright or patent on it (by the NCAA or whoever)? Or can anyone use the term "RPI" & its formula on their web page, etc., as they see fit?
