How can I get free Stat Tracker for Yahoo Fantasy Basketball?

I have a Fantasy Basketball team for Yahoo and I really want to use stat tracker without paying. Is there a way to get it for free? Or is there a similar website to stat tracker?

1. Either pay, or go spend your life at ESPN Zone watching every game and keeping official scorecards (hope you're good at multi-tasking if this is your choice). Assuming that they will probably start to ask you to buy something as you are taking up a seat everyday.... I would think that the $9.95 for Stattracker is probably the way to go!
2. you can't get it free. in football they offered it free w/ coke rewards. i don't know if they are doing that for basketball or not but, it didn't go over real well w/ NFL. i bet there was 10 coke reward / stat tracker questions each week on YA
3. There are a variety of free services for this. You just have to Google around a bit. Try Alpha Live for one good one I have seen. They don't offer all of the current league stats that the official tracker does (calculating % on the fly is extremely difficult as yahoo provides no way to get a teams FG/FT/3P made and attempts), but they are decent enough. Most of these services just scan one of the live boxscore resources out there and reorganize the stats for you. Some, like the above, allow you to enter your pass/id to get your league teams automatically, others have you cut and paste or enter individually. Its pretty easy to make one (I am working on one of my own that offers more features that I would like) and its crazy that yahoo charges so much just to organize info that they give out for free elsewhere on there site.
