Where to draft Al Jefferson in fantasy basketball leagues?
Where does this kid go in a standard 8 category roto fantasy basketball draft? Is the 3rd round too early to reach for him? The yahoo Big Boards ranks him 27! It is a 10 team league

- in a 12 team league he should be a middle-late 3rd rounder or early 4th rounder. so in an 8 team draft i would say 3rd would be a little early. maybe 4th or fifth.
- Probably late 3rd or early 4th in a ten team league
- considering the fact that minnesota is so overmatched in the west and they will surely be deliberately tanking games to get a high pick in next year's draft.(also it is worth noting that next year's draft is very rich with talented point guards)i think the 3rd round is a very accurate projection of where jefferson would land....it might even be advisable to get him in the early 3rd round...the wolves organization will surely develop jefferson and will feed him the ball all season while grooming him to be the future of the franchise...so while his team will lose a ton of games...his fantasy value will surely skyrocket..you can pencil him in for 21 points 11 rebounds 1.5 blocks 50 percent fg% w/c makes him far more superior to other 20/10 power forwards like carlos boozer or zach randolph who cant block shots ...and finally we add the fact that he also has center eligibility, giving fantasy owners more flexibility with their roster...these factors make him a very surefire early pick that will help fantasy owners in at least 4 major categories...
