  2. Run. Don't think that those suicides in practice are just used for punishment. They're conditioning. If you want to play more minutes in a game without tiring, you have to exercise more and condition your body to extended periods of activity. And the same principle goes for basketball skills (or any skill). The more you play, the more you condition your body to the muscle movements of basketball, the better you'll be.
  3. lots of cardio will increase your stamina.
  4. well i don't know about offense but you can be the best defensive player if you hustle and that comes with longer stamina.
