basketball?
im getting too exited to play basketball because im going to high school next year, is there any type of exercisingthings i can do to get realy?

- jump rope comes to mind, push ups, squats, jogging, shooting jump shots, and pickup games
- there's no such thing as getting too exited to play basketball!! just practise, practise, practise!! why do you need special exercises? practise everything! even stuff you don't think you will need cause you may end up needing them.
- Suicides are good form of training.
