Basketball?

How does basketball help you in terms of losing weight and gaining muscles because i play it everyday and i just wanted to know. so just shooting balls at my basketball goal doesnt helo me much?

  2. If you play full court there's a lot of running, which helps burn calories. Half-court not as much, and just practicing your shooting hardly at all. No one ever got bulging muscles from playing basketball, but it does help with all-around strength.
  3. it gains muscle because you r moving your hand!!!!!!
