In Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), why did Commissioner Noli Eala resigned?

What is the reason behind his resignation?

1. I think there is a scandal brewing. It may just be the fact that the Philippino team is yet again disappointing and he decided to bounce before the people call him out.
2. well his disbarred from the bar council, he's no longer an attorney.. coz of a case of his girl who is still married to someone else.. hahahaha

4. He was disbarred by the Supreme Court of the Philippines... the reason? womanizing! I know a whole lotta lawyers who are womanizers... this is sooooo funny! Mr. Eala resigned to save face. Unlike other officials who hold on to their positions in the midst of controversies, Mr. Eala, as per reports, stepped down so he can clear his name...and i hope he does! OIC PBA Commissioner is Sonny Barrios...he'll step down once a new Commissioner is voted in. Sonny is not a candidate to be a long time Commissioner of the PBA!
