1. poun per pound it's Lordy Tugade(RED Bull), 6' 4" that can play two-guard. can shoot 3's, pentrate, handle the ball, athletic, can defend. and can play under pressure. Its a matter of time that he will dominate the league, he should gain more confidence in his game
