Why don't some of our PBA players try-out for the NBA? I'm sure some of our stars can make it..?

Do they even dream of getting it to the NBA? PBA should hold a program or something to encourage a shift to the NBA for some of their players. It can help our national team when these players improve. *PBA-Philippine Basketball Association

1. there are some pba player in the past who have tried out in the nba but they didnt make it. the problem with the pba player is that thet are small yet cant shoot from the outside, lack basketball I.Q. that they drive first than pass.(i think they really like MJ}. pur big man is slow.{ like watching a slow mo film.) and dumb. and lack the atleticism of the nba player.
2. The problem is they don't do very well in FIBA or the Olympics, except in 1954. And there's no stand out Filipino star right now. Another problem is Philippines' country policy that got itself banned from FIBA for a number of years. Being Southeast Asian Basketball Association winners don't mean jack.
3. A few of the PBA guards have the talent, but they don't have the size. They also have to be very conditioned to play in the NBA. In the PBA teams play only twice a week. The big men in the PBA can't even do good in FIBA Asia.
