In Yahoo's NBA Fantasy Basketball, what's the difference between Rank and O-Rank?

When looking at available players, in the ranking section, there's an O-Rank and a Rank. But it doesn't explain what they are, or how they're different. Which should I use when I want to add a player to my roster?
