Can a Commissioner make picks for another team during a live Yahoo draft in Basketball?

This is my first time being a commissioner in a Yahoo NBA Fantasy league. We are doing a live draft and some guys wont' be available. Can I pick players for them during the live draft as the commissioner or can they only prerank them? Thanks!!

1. I think they have to pre rank . If they do not it will just default to the yahoo list, so now worries
2. no, the commish cannot pick for another person. if that other player does not login to the live draft then the system will automatically draft for them based on the user's pre-rankings.. and it will take 15 seconds to make the pick, not the normal 90. -nny
