My Fantasy Basketball team?

How can i make it better? i have posted a question already about it.. took some advice from them... but i'm REALLY not sure it have a chance... I ditched the team i drafted becuase it is not consistant at all. and i got what was left of a depleted free agent market, tell me what can i get pick up thats hot right now.. and what kind of POSSABLE trades i can make.... also what is wrong with my team..... 1. whats wrong is you dropped your drafted team, the players you originally drafted were probably worth more in trades and now somebody has capitalized on you dropping them but keep Odom, Aldridge, Hinrich, Mourning, Dampier, Duncan, Morrison, Crawford and May and you should at least dominate the rebound catagory other than those players try and make some trades for some players who will score, assist, and make 3 pointers
2. r u crazy? u need some shooters. ok a good person to draft would be eddie curry new york knicks he owns the boards and 30 points a game now that francis is injured. u gotta get him in and get a trade for either an allen iverson, or mayB even a paul peirce. ur team is a great rebounding team but yer losin all yer points with the three point shootings. try to add mayB the guy from memphis or try to add a tyson chandler who will give you the points. 3. drop aldridge pick up tyrone lue. trade dalembert and tinsley for a good SF pick up travis outlaw for the blocks u will lose from dalembert. u dont need 5 centers that is what i would do.
4. u have 5 centers and 4 of them are just mediocre...get rid of one or 2 i think ur shotblocking is fine...ur scoring isnt so good u should make trades to fill up ur bad spots
