1. March 30th through April 1st will be the second annual Duke-Carolina Student Basketball Marathon. A 36-hour marathon in Carmichael Auditorium (UNC's Campus), this year's event is bound to be better than ever. Multiple teams will be playing throughout the marathon, so come cheer on your local Tar Heels and Blue Devils. Local bands, singers, and other performers will be entertaining fans throughout the entire marathon, and we will be showing both Final Four games on a bigscreen inside Carmichael Auditorium. We hope to raise $100,000 for Hoop Dreams, so please do what you can to help us reach our goal!
2. Well the guy above me gave you the advertisemen for the event. But here is essentially what it is. Duke and UNC students got together last year and played how many every consecutive hours of basketball. They did it to raise money and are doing it again this year. I think they got in the GB of World Records for the longest continuous basketball game.
