College basketball?

3. Overrated is Ohio State. Their youthfulness won't live up to the hype. I've seen too many scary signs out of them that tell me they aren't the best this year. Florida demolished them. Utterly demolished them. People forget that when they're pitching hissy fits about how great OSU is. Plus, who cares about Oden? I am sure he's great but OSU is getting less than 100% out of him (yet he is still good). By the time he achieves his max, it'll be in an NBA uniform. Not a Buckeye uniform. Overrated Altnerates: Memphis, Pitt. Underrated: Texas A&M. They get some love, but I don't hear announcers or read articles gushing about their chances for greatness. Yet this is a team that's going to make some serious noise in the tournament. You watch. It'll happen. It just feels like most folks are saying just enough about them that if/when A&M makes it's run, they can still say "toldya so." Alternates for Underrated: Vanderbilt, VA TEch
4. overrated - Ohio State underrated - Michigan State or Georgetown
5. Overrated- Memphis may have an explosive offense, but they haven't been tested since January. They keep moving up through the ranks by cruising through weak Conference USA while powerhouses lose to the Micigan States or Virginia Techs that Memphis does not compete against. Clemson is also overrated. A 17-0 start is impressive, but against a terrible schedule. 5-9 in the ACC shows hat they're really made of Underrated- Vanderbilt. Vandy is ranked and people are still saying they won't make the tounrament. They will easily get in, they beat Florida and Kentucky. They have the potential to make a lot of noise. Virginia. They have been quietly tearing up the ACC, tied for first place with VA Tech and North Carolina, who get way more attention than they do. Virginia has experience, and good guard play, the two things that can carry any team through the NCAA Tournament.
6. Overrated: Ohio State is overrated at #1. They're top 10 but not #1. Kansas is overrated at #3. Again, top 10 material. Memphis is probably not even top 10 material. Texas shouldn't be in the top 25. And even though I'm an SIU alum and hardcore fan, I think they're overrated at #11. Underrated: Marquette should be closer to 10 than 25. Michigan State and Indiana, which aren't ranked right now, deserve top 25 consideration. Pittsburgh is probably a top 10 team.
