NCAA basketball?
Who do you see as the top conferences this year and the top 10-15 teams this year? And when does the season actually start? I thought the season started around late September, early October. And there seems to be a lot of really talented teams this year.

- top conference is usually the acc with the pac 10 or the sec in 2nd. memphis is supposed to be the team to beat this year. youve got a while to go until college basketball starts.
- I think Ohio State will win it all they got an amazing recruiting class, with I of there freshman is 6'11 and a 45% 3-point shooter!
- Season technically starts probably in late November but it doesn't start to get going until December or January (with the exception of the good preseason tournaments (Maui Invitational is Nov 19-21). It is tough to predict the top 10-15, but I think UNC will be good because Psycho T (Hansbrough) is back, and on the flipside I think Duke will have a tough year because they lost their best player and struggled last year. Ilinois was scheduled for a return to the limelight, but one of their good players was suspended for a DUI. Below is a link to the top 26 projected teams (CBS Sportsline). EDIT: Top conference in my opinion: Big East, with Georgetown, Villanova, Louisville, Marquette and Pittsburgh.
