  1. Probably never.
  2. When they starting to recruit better players and a better coach...hopefully that the new coach from west Virginia can help them
  3. In exactly 3 seasons.
  4. sure
  5. never, i hate michigan st. and i don't think they are every good either. They lost one of there best players. So NEVER! sorrry
  6. The wait has been long but worth while. Next year two four star recruits are coming to Michigan, Alex Leigon, and Cooperyale Harris. Both are great players and high school all americans. We got a new coach from a winning program. We did have a ton of seniors graduate so it might me say 2009 before we are really good, buti am looking forward to next year.
  7. Competing in one of the top 4 conferences, Michigan will not make it back to "powerhouse" status in the next decade. It will take a good coach and solid recruiter in order to achieve this. Michigan should look to a coach in the CAA - Bruiser Flint at Drexel University. He has big conference experience with Massachusetts, and has done nothing bot compete with the big conferences while with Drexel... competing with Duke in 2005-06, losing to UCLA by 1 in 2005-06, beating 'Nova, Syracuse, and Creighton all on the road in '06-'07. Flint is a defense and discipline oriented coach that is a perfect fit in Michigan. Until this happens, Michigan will remain a football school (GO OSU!).
  8. the wolverines are almost there. With a good recruiting class this year they should be able to make the sweet 16 possibly and reestablish themselves. The team didnt lose many players this year which gives them an advantage because late in the season they really showed some talent and were gelling as a team. I would say give them at most 5 years. If they arent back by then, then they should abolish the program because that would show that they have no idea how to run it
  9. Michigan fans, I think your wait is almost over. John Beilein is an excellent coach. He has won at every stop and two years ago almost took West Virginia to the final 4. They lost in overtime to Louisville in an exciting elite 8 matchup. The state of Michigan has a larger pool of basketball talent than West Virginia. He should be able to get his share of it, and with his coaching ability move Michigan back among the top schools in the Big 10. The more he wins, the more recruits statewide and nationally will want to come there. And Michigan will be among the elite again.
  10. Soon I hope its been a long time coming, and with this new coach I heard that he said he will not recruit from the detroit psl leagues if hes not going to recruit from home then he can kick rocks before he gets started. The only reason MI. players still stay at home is because its been a dream that they have had since they were kids. We need a major upgrade on every level. Its been hard being a wolves fan still not as hard as being a Lions fan though.
