my mom wants me to do her office pool, but i am an anti-gambler The winner gets the money of everyone who enters the pool. She says that it's for fun. I think that it's gambling. Who is right?

Yes it is gambling since you bet your $5 to try and win more money. I know you are anti-gambling so why don't you pay your $5 do the pool and if you win then donate the money you win to a charity. That way you do something good for the community and can be proud of yourself. Or you could just say no to the pool all together.
